NC Armour is a professional manufacturer of ballistic material and final ballistic products .
With two decades history, we keep focusing on the product design and development, as well invest heavily on the advanced efficient production line, now we don't only produce the UHMWPE fiber and ballistic UD PE fabric, but also produce the final body armor product which is including the ballistic plate, ballistic helmet, ballistic vest, ballistic shield and so on. This whole in-house production ebables us to have an outstanding quality control on each single production process from raw ballistic material to final products. All of these efforts make NC Armour rank at the top level all the time.
At NC Armour, we are a dedicated team of more than 500 co-workers, including our own R&D center consists of 15 professional experts. All of our experienced team stands behind our qualified products all the time, and possess the drive and passion for providing the best value on the personal body armor product solution for our customers. And our products can pass not only NIJ testing, but also our customer's own unique testing standard whcih is much higher than NIJ standard.
Research & Development
NC Armour is a professional manufacturer of high strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber and its series of products research and development.
We are a high-tech enterprise in China, with a research and development team of 50 people, and we have obtained more than 80 invention and utility model patents.
There are thirty technicians in charge of the work in their respective workshops.We have more than 20 years of experience in solutions to Ballistic Material and Personal Body Armor Products field, and we have different solutions to achieve it whether it's a tender project or a retail project.

Manufacturing
NC Armour takes the lead in industrialized production of UHMWPE fibers (3000t/a), PE UD fabric(2000t/a), bulletproof vest(700000pcs/a), ballistic plate(700000pcs/a), ballistic helmet(250000pcs/a).
We have advanced production equipment and industrial processes for hard armo plate and soft armor panel. Our broad range of equipment gives us extensive capabilities and is always growing.

Testing
NC Armour has long-term cooperation with local authoritative ballistic testing laboratories.
We recreate tough environments and test our solutions and materials in realistic conditions. We test our armor items in various conditions for law enforcement and military markets.
